Students may request a schedule change after completing Core. Such schedule changes are subject to Director approval and Financial Aid processing time. Approved schedule changes that result in an increased number of scheduled hours per week will incur no fee to the Future Professional’s ledger. Approved schedule changes that result in a lower number of scheduled hours per week will incur a $100 schedule change fee to the Future Professional’s ledger. In rare, extenuating circumstances and in the case where the school requests a future professional to change their schedule, the Director may waive schedule change fees with a signed letter.
